Who processes your data
The data controller is individual entrepreneur, registered in Georgia. Identification number: 300448870. Registered address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Gldani district, Gldani settlement, microdistrict III, building 80, apartment 4. Contact privacy@relay-project.com about data and hello@relay-project.com about purchases and support.
Georgian law and other mandatory rules applicable to the particular processing apply. GDPR requirements also apply where the processing falls within its scope.
Data and purposes
For accounts, sign-in and recovery, we use your email, user identifier and session data. For purchases and delivery, we use order contents and status, amount and currency, payment and refund identifiers, licences, collection, Coins balance and transaction history. The bases are entering into and performing a contract, mandatory record-keeping and legitimate interests in resolving disputed transactions.
For game access, we use licence, team, role and progress information as needed to operate the game. We use user-provided contacts for invitations and service messages. Do not provide another person’s contact data without a lawful basis.
When you upload a pet, we process its file, preview, description, authorship information, publication terms and review results. These support publication, moderation, security and delivery to buyers. Public listings contain published information about the work and its creator. Emails and payment information are not intended for publication in listings.
We use enquiry contents and sender contacts to provide support. We process IP addresses, browser information, request times and errors as necessary for security and diagnosis. Without required contact and order data, we cannot complete a purchase or recover access.
Recipients
Hosting, storage, website protection, email and payment providers process data as necessary, as do staff and contracted support and moderation specialists. Their access is limited to their tasks and applicable processing grounds.
A payment partner receives the information needed for payment, transaction checks and refunds and may act as an independent controller under its own policy. We disclose data to public authorities on a lawful basis. We do not sell personal data for advertising.
International processing
The controller is in Georgia. External infrastructure may involve processing in other countries. International transfers require an applicable lawful basis and necessary safeguards; accepting this policy does not by itself authorise any transfer.

Retention
We need account, licence and purchased item data while providing the associated access. Orders, payments and accepted terms may be retained longer for mandatory records, refunds and disputes within applicable periods.
Enquiries, technical logs and review materials are retained to the extent and for the time needed for support, security and claims. After these purposes end, data is deleted or anonymised unless retention is legally required. Account deletion does not immediately erase mandatory records or every backup.
Your rights and enquiries
As provided by applicable law, you may obtain processing information and a copy of your data, request correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing and request portability where available. You may withdraw consent to optional processing without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Write to privacy@relay-project.com with the email associated with your account and the action requested. We may ask for minimal identity verification. We will reply within the applicable legal period and explain if some data must be retained.
The service is for users aged 18 or over. If a minor sends data, they or their legal representative may contact us about deletion. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority or court.
We update this policy when processing purposes or methods change and provide separate notice or request consent where required.
