Seller and scope

The seller is individual entrepreneur, registered in Georgia. Identification number: 300448870. Registered address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Gldani district, Gldani settlement, microdistrict III, building 80, apartment 4. For support, orders and refunds: hello@relay-project.com. For personal data enquiries: privacy@relay-project.com.

These terms cover relay-project.com, RELAY games and learning courses, and store.relay-project.com. Purchasers and players must be at least 18, including invited participants.

Orders and payment

Choose a product, provide your email and accept these terms. Before payment, we show what is included, the total price and currency, technical requirements and restrictions. For an add-on, we identify the required base game and the game to which the purchase will be applied.

A purchase contract is concluded when payment is confirmed. A free order is completed when a promotion code is successfully redeemed or a gift is claimed. Registration alone does not require a purchase.

Pay using a method offered at checkout. The price includes applicable taxes and mandatory seller charges. Your bank may apply its own fees and currency conversion. One-off purchases do not create recurring charges. An order’s price does not change after payment.

Delivery and access

The game is delivered automatically and immediately after payment confirmation. Checkout identifies how it is delivered: account access, a key or a materials link. Electronic delivery is free; no physical goods are shipped.

A digital item appears in your collection and purchased Coins in your balance after confirmation of the relevant purchase. If a paid purchase does not appear, contact hello@relay-project.com. We will restore delivery or refund the payment if we cannot fulfil the order. You do not need to pay again.

Purchase confirmation is sent to the order email. Missions may unlock as you progress; buying access does not bypass the rules of the game.

Your licence

You receive a non-exclusive licence for personal use of the selected game or digital item. The product description states the included content, participant limit, licence period, activation period and online access terms before payment. An add-on extends the selected licence and does not create another team unless the description says otherwise.

You may play, use the purchased item and invite participants within the purchased number of places. You may not resell access, share pet files with others, publish private materials or use them in your own product without the rights holder’s permission.

A purchase does not transfer exclusive rights. You retain rights arising by law in your own work, subject to third-party materials. Required third-party applications and subscriptions are disclosed before payment and paid for separately unless expressly included.

Store and RLY Coins

RLY Coins are internal units used for purchases within RELAY. Before a top-up, we show the quantity and monetary price; before an item purchase, we show the item price and Coins to be deducted. Bonus Coins follow the rules of the relevant reward.

Coins cannot be exchanged for money or withdrawn and do not earn interest. Refunding a cancelled order is not a withdrawal of Coins.

Buying a pet permits its use and download within the licence. Removing an item from sale does not itself end an existing licence. Changes to these terms do not cancel a paid balance. If the store closes, we will give advance notice explaining how outstanding paid obligations and refunds will be handled.

Refunds

Our guarantee: you may cancel a game purchase within 7 calendar days after payment, even if you have started playing. No reason is required. Contact hello@relay-project.com with the purchase email and order number, if known. A full refund ends the licence for that order; you must stop using or sharing the supplied materials.

This guarantee supplements mandatory consumer rights. A longer statutory withdrawal period remains available unless the right has ended on a lawful basis. Immediate delivery of digital content alone does not remove that right: where permitted by law, separate prior consent and acknowledgement of the consequences are required. This exception does not automatically apply to an ongoing online service or a Coins purchase.

Within 14 calendar days after paying for a top-up, you may request a refund of its unused paid portion, calculated at that top-up’s price. Free rewards cannot be exchanged for money. Any broader mandatory rights remain available.

Contact support for duplicate charges, failed delivery or a purchase that does not match its description. We will remedy the problem or agree a replacement or refund. Cancelling a purchase made with Coins restores the deducted Coins; this does not replace a monetary refund where the law requires one. The 7-day period does not limit rights relating to defects.

Where cancellation entitles you to a refund, we return payment without undue delay, no later than 14 calendar days after your request, or sooner if required by law. We use the original payment method unless another method is agreed without additional cost to you.

Account and security

Keep your email access, keys and private links secure. Contact support if you lose access. Recovery does not require another purchase.

Do not infringe others’ rights, distribute malicious files or interfere with the service. We may proportionately restrict the relevant activities in response to a violation, explain the reason as far as law and security allow, and review your enquiry. Mandatory consumer rights remain available.

Your materials and publications

These terms cover pets, text, images, animation, code, audio, video and other materials you create in RELAY games and learning courses or publish through its services. You retain any rights that arise under applicable law, subject to third-party rights. You may also use your own work outside RELAY.

By uploading a specific material for publication in RELAY and accepting these terms, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, reproduce, publicly display, make available and distribute it through RELAY services. We may create previews and make technical changes to file formats and dimensions while preserving the substance of your work, and display it under your chosen name or pseudonym. The licence covers the uploaded version; taking a course does not itself transfer rights in future work.

Materials submitted only for review or private team activities are accessible for those purposes. They do not automatically become public or available for sale. We will request permission to use your work in separate advertising beyond its publication in RELAY.

For materials submitted for publication, you also authorise RELAY to grant purchasers non-exclusive licences for personal use and downloading under this agreement and the material’s description. A moderator may offer the material for sale without a separate confirmation from its creator, notifying them at their account email before sales begin. Prices, creator credits and any fees follow publication rules accepted by the creator in advance; the notice states the terms of the particular offer. Services that charge the creator require their consent.

Creators receive virtual RLY Coins for sales and can spend them in the RELAY store. The amount, procedure and timing of credits, including adjustments for cancelled purchases, are stated in the publication rules before the creator accepts them. Storage, technical processing and display within the agreed publication are licensed without a separate payment by RELAY.

The licence lasts while the material is published. You may withdraw it from publication and sale using the available feature or by contacting support. We will stop new sales and public display; licences already granted to purchasers continue on their existing terms within the duration of the relevant rights. We may retain and deliver the purchased version to fulfil those orders. Technical service providers may process files only to operate RELAY services, without independent use.

Only submit materials for which you have the necessary rights and permissions, taking account of AI service terms and third-party source materials. Buying someone else’s material does not permit publishing it as your own. Following a substantiated complaint, we may temporarily restrict access or sales, request an explanation and inform the creator of our decision. To report a possible infringement, contact support with a link to the material and an explanation of your rights.

Changes and enquiries

The Privacy Policy explains data processing. New terms apply to new orders and do not automatically reduce existing paid rights. The edition accepted at checkout applies to an order.

Georgian law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection available under the applicable law of your country of residence. Contacting support does not limit access to a competent court or authority.
